If you are looking for healthy breakfast idea, look no further.

These baked oatmeal cups made with mashed banana, TSN's protein powder (Femme-Pro Slim or Slow-Pro) and rolled oats offer a complete breakfast on the go. 
Also vegan and gluten free.

Ingredients

3/4 cup mashed overripe banana (1+1/2 large  banana measured after mashing)
1/2 almond/soy/rice milk, unsweetened 
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1+1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup TSN's vanilla protein powder 
(Femme-Pro Slim or Slow-Pro)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Extra banana slices, for decorating
Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and spray non-stick muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, milk, applesauce, coconut oil and vanilla extract. 
  3. Add oats, TSN protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and gently stir until combined.
  4. Fill each tin 2/3 full and top with banana slice (if desired).
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and then broil fo another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and muffins are ready to eat immediately.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
  8. Storage Instructions: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
